What will I be doing?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support in answering all telephone calls and emails in a friendly manner, using clear and professional English communication.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in conducting site inspections.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Follow the company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming standards.
TASKS TO COMPLETE
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
