Sales Training Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)
Track and monitor the existing e-learning courses to ensure the content and technical factors are met as required.
Work with vendor/ RO for designing course outline/ content/ technical.
Support for line manager to build Success Roadmap trainings for Members which meet the needs of Members according to each level in Marketing Plan and are consistent with the business overall training plan.
Coordinate with relevant Departments and Leaders in training activities and develop training materials.
Detailed training plan and supervision for each training course: content, MC / Speaker, qualification, training methods.
Other tasks on duty
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly lead and supervise Sales Training Staff.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Interacts with all levels throughout organization depend on job requirements, including Home Office and Regional Office, Members, customers and vendors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
University graduate or equivalent, preferably with Business or Sales & Marketing background.
At least 5 years of work experience in training/ sales/ business development, experience in direct selling industry is an advantage.
Must be bilingual with ability to read and write Vietnamese and English fluently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point) and email.
Good at communication & presentation skills.
Time and work management skills.
Well organized, result and detailed oriented and able to work under high pressure.
Required to work long hours and occasionally during week-end.
Travel & working over weekend will be required.
