Mô tả công việc
Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
Perform testing and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
Create documentation to support end-users in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA support or implementation.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, and other SAP tools and technologies is preferred.
Exposure to End to end business processes & strong /proven SAP knowledge
Flexibility to work in different time zones as and when required to meet customer demands
Willing to travel to other Bosch entities on project assignments
