Analyze and gather business requirements related to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Configure, customize, and implement SAP SD modules including:
Sales Order Processing
Pricing & Condition Techniques
Delivery & Shipping
Billing & Invoicing
Design and optimize end-to-end sales and distribution processes aligned with business objectives.
Configure pricing procedures, condition records, tax determination, and billing flows.
Ensure seamless integration of SD with FI (AR), MM, and PP modules.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with the ABAP team for enhancements and developments.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live preparation, and post-go-live (hypercare) activities.
Handle incidents, change requests, and continuous process improvements under AMS/CSR model.
Ensure solution design follows Fit-to-Standard and SAP Clean Core principles.
Provide functional support and consulting to end users during daily operations.
Yêu cầu
[Required]
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation and/or support.
Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Deep knowledge of pricing procedures and condition techniques.
Hands-on experience with billing processes and integration with SAP FI (Accounts Receivable).
Experience in at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
Strong integration knowledge with FI and MM modules.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to work flexible shifts (e.g. 13:00 - 22:00) depending on project requirements.
Willingness to travel or work onsite in Korea or other countries when required.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD.
Knowledge of EDI, IDoc, and system integration scenarios.
Experience using SAP Fiori applications.
Experience in AMS/support projects with incident and SLA handling.
Experience in global rollout projects.
Understanding of logistics and supply chain business processes.
