About the position:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer to join SBS. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging lectures to students, fostering an environment conducive to learning, and inspiring academic excellence. You will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the growth and reputation of our institution.
Job description:
Broad and in-depth knowledge in the following subject areas: Business, Marketing, HR, Operation, Entrepreneurship, Statistics, Consumer Behavior... (a full list of unit names with course outline and LO is available)
Industry experience is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate level, including online delivery and, the ability to produce high quality curriculum or program materials.
Excellent team player
Culturally adept and agile.
Knowledge of higher education and ability to use a range of up-to-date delivery techniques to enthuse and engage students.
Understanding of equal opportunity issues as they may impact on academic content and issues relating to student need.
