Responsible for all process for monthly payroll, declare compulsory insurance & extra insurance.
Make income tax reports, yearly tax settlements.
Make monthly sales incentive payroll
Monitor labor contracts, employee database, promotion, bonus decision, performance evaluation process
3/ Employee Engagement
Advise the management on changes/solutions to improve HR services and enhance the inspiring working environment when necessary.
Join in organizing company's events, employee activities, team - building, games, training, recognition programs,...
4/ Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by
HR ManagerHaving around 3 years working in HR field.
Strong experience in recruitment and C&B
Graduated with Bachelor in HR management or Business administration
Good at English
Good at computers, details with numbers
Skillful communication, careful, hard-working
Progressive spirit and eager to learn
