Job summary: We are looking for a talented Specification Executive to be responsible for sale performance in the new products: Motar, Tile grout, Tile fix.
Key responsibility:
- Maintained an updated database on all essential construction projects and architects.
- Build up a strong business network within the selected professional group of consultants, architects,
designers, and project specifiers by initiating contacts to support SCG's specifications approvals by project decision-makers.
- Conduct technical and commercial training/orientation sessions at seminars to increase SCG's visibility and maximize sales through the architect channel.
- Identify and map projects in assigned countries, influence the decision makers to ensure SCG specifications are approved, and secure projects for SCG's business benefit.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by securing approvals for SCG specifications and updating them on project activities and status to ensure the successful completion of the sales process of SCG to assigned projects.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with specifiers through regular visits, conducting presentations, and attending seminars.
- Arrange regular meetings with leading architects, consultants, and project owners to present SCG as a Company and SCG's products, including technical documentation on performance, features,...
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or related field
- Having 1-2 years working experience as Specification or sale man in Building Materials field ( Tile or Cement field will be an advantage)
- Good communication, writing report in English
- Willing to go business trip in other provinces
- Ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to deliver effective technical and commercial pitches.
