Position Overview:
The primary responsibility is to identify and develop new customers and explore business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
The role also provides back-office support to the Manager, including documentation, reporting, billing, and customer-centric programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Business DevelopmentProactively identify and acquire new customers in logistics services (freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, etc.)
Develop and expand business opportunities to meet sales targets and company growth objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Candidates with an existing customer portfolio are highly preferred
Customer Relationship Management
Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to understand customer needs in a dynamic logistics environment
Maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Sales Coordination & Support
Collaborate with internal teams to design suitable logistics solutions and service models
Prepare quotations, contracts, appendices, and related reports under the Manager's supervision
Support documentation and sales-related administrative tasks as required
Bachelor's degree or above; major in Logistics, Marketing, Business, or related fields
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales within Logistics / Freight Forwarding
Having an existing customer base is a strong advantage
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Result-driven with the ability to work under pressure
Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Good command of English (especially for working with international clients/agents)
