Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job
This role is responsible for the the daily pit/allocation of appropriately skilled employees rostered throughout all Casino Departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include but not limited to:

Revise daily pit/allocation in a timely manner which fulfil all operational demands in accordance with:
- Casino Policies and Procedures
- Casino HR Policies and Procedures
- All relevant Departmental Policies
Effectively manage and solve issues related to last minute changes according to business requirements.
Proactively identify any manpower shortfalls or anomalies and report to direct report and HR management.
Assess and process requests based on business demand.
Maintain records relating to leaves of absences, sick calls, suspensions and special days off as they relate to the daily and fortnightly rosters.
Input datas on Workforce System, maintain and ensure accuracy of daily/monthly/yearly rostering and time attendance datas in order to export correct reports for payroll purpose or managerial statistics.
Ensure all casino team members receive prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times. Including verbal communication over the phone, verbal communication face to face and written communication.
Act in accordance with and administer established policies and procedures appropriately.
Display an advanced working knowledge of the software packages used by the department.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Other duties assigned by direct report or HR management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, College or University Degree in related field preferred, from an accredited institution, and/ or equivalent work experience.
Excellent knowledge and hands-on skill of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Mizzisoft software is a plus.
At least 6-month experience in Casino scheduling and/or Hotel Reservation is preferred.
Ability to work in shifts (including night shift).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive issues with discretion.
Ability to work and support others as a team.
Ability to handle complaints and work under pressures.
Possess lateral & logical thinking.
Fluent in English communication (both written & spoken); additional foreign languages such as Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a big advantage.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills and strong customer-service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette.
