Small Wonder Preschool is hiring a School Manager who will be responsible for overall center operations and business growth, with a strong focus on sales performance, team leadership, service quality, and maintaining the school's brand image with parents, and your specific responsibilities include:
1. Operating the business of the center: Focus on sales (70%)
o Oversee all business activities, sales, operations, and service quality for students and parents.
o Set the vision, direction, and annual business plan, Ensure business objectives align with the company's education strategy.
o Promote sales, Set the sales target for team and ensure to reach the targets.
2. Team Management:
o Supervise, and motivate the admissions team.
o Manage sales goals in coordination with the COO.
o Consult and training specialized skills for the team.
o Build a healthy, friendly competitive environment among employees.
o Supervise, remind the team to follow the company's rules and procedures
o Participate in recruitment, budget and propose salary for staff
3. Operational Efficiency and Budgeting: (Operation 30%)
o Control costs, profits, and other operational objectives of the school.
o Oversee facilities and internal quality markers.
o Ensure adherence to company rules and procedures.
4. Quality Assurance and Image Building:
o Support timely and effective problem-solving for customers.
o Work closely with departments to maintain program quality.
o Build and maintain a positive company image with customers and partners.
5. Working Location
* HCM: Small Wonder Preschool: Go Vap, or Binh Tan area
6. Working Hours: 44 hours/week | Monday - Saturday morning
Yêu cầu
o B.A. or higher degree in related field, Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
o Have at least 3 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years at a management level.
o Prior experience in education.
o Good English communication skills.
o Be proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
o Be enthusiastic, adaptable to high-pressure work environments, and skilled
o Strong management, administration, training, and coaching abilities.
o Excellent in negotiation, communication, planning and organizing
o Show enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility.
