The SCM Sales Manager HCMC Region will be responsible for interfacing between internal OIA and external Brand stakeholders for packaging-related projects and initiatives. This role will both support in-region client contacts and your own responsibilities for identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and new prospects alike. A successful SCM Sales Manager, HCMC Region, will be proactive in uncovering new opportunities for OIA to expand its Packaging business and will provide high levels of attention and support to the brands that OIA serves today.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads for potential
business development in line with OIA's packaging growth objectives through cold outreach and the support of warm inbound leads.
• Contribute to the prospect qualification, risk assessment, and proposal development phases of the sales process in support of growing OIA's packaging business, with a focus on both new and existing Brand and factory business.
• Serve as primary in-region contact for local packaging clients including Brand client regional offices, footwear, garment and other factory customers, and suppliers.
• Develop strong professional relationships with key stakeholders within Brand client regional offices, footwear, garment and other factory customers, and suppliers by providing a high level of account support and proactive customer service.
• Maintain and develop relationships and deep understanding of specific client and factory product and service needs.
• Support US-based Account Management team in the execution of client strategic initiatives in the region.
• Advise and assist with the development and tracking of project timelines in support of new designs, implementations or additional processes and programs of Brand client and / or factory projects.
• Assist the Account Management team and SCM leadership with creation and presentation of key client-facing deliverables to regional stakeholders, including but not limited to proposals, analyses, and business reviews.
• Provide support to OIA operational teams and OIA manufacturing partners to resolve material issues relating to production, sourcing limitations, timelines and inventories.
• Support internal teams in efforts to refine inefficient processes impacting clients, improving customer service levels and facilitating future growth.
• Communicate with designated levels of internal and external management and personnel the nature of the projects and all problems as well as their handling and resolution.
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as required by management.
