Scrum Master Agile/Product Manager2k

● Facilitate Scrum ceremonies

● Coach, guide and improve the team

● Remove impediments

● Keep the team focused

● Ensure all Scrum events take place and are valuable

● Work with the Product Manager to provide sprint and squad utility reports

● Run and document Sprint Retrospectives

● Coach Squad members in Agile Delivery

● Support and report to the Product Manager on all aspects of product design, development and delivery

● Gather data from a range of sources both internal and external to inform decisions, set goals and measure the impact of the products we release

To be considered for this position our must-have requirements are:

● Minimum 2yrs experience as a Scrum Master or similar role

● Significant experience working with globally distributed software development teams

● Extensive experience leading Agile teams and servant leadership

● Strong ability to communicate with clients, product managers, developers, designers, users to understand priorities, constraints, opportunities and capabilities

● Strong analytical and problem solving skills

● Self motivated - eager to learn and apply new methodologies, technologies and skills

● Complete understanding of the full software development lifecycle

These things aren't requirements, but they are valuable. If you meet these criteria in addition to the list above, you will probably be one of our top candidates.

● Scrum Master certification (or equivalent)

● Experience within a startup continually releasing and iterating a product in the market.

● Experience in a product or services business in the marketing or customer experience space
