The Job
A joining bonus amounting up to 55mil VND gross salary will be offered to candidates having at least 4 years of experience, and signing the offer during the period from August 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024
- Lead development team applying Agile/Scrum to produce high-quality and productive project work
- Guide, and coach the team to higher agile and scrum maturity
- Empower the team to be self-organized, while still holding accountable overall project delivery
- Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication
- Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
- Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information system
- At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
- Proven experience in managing a team and/ or projects
- Good at project management, people management and leadership
- Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
- Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture
Nice to have
- Certificate in Agile / Scrum
- Certificate in project management
