Educate team on Agile Processes and values
Responsible for guiding teams towards improving the way they work and clearing obstacles to meet delivery timeline
Facilitating and running scrum ceremonies (Stand-up, Spring Planning, Sprint Review / Showcase, Retrospective) with the team and discuss open issues, statuses and roll forward action items
Map out overall execution plan and ensure that roles & responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables and schedules are clearly communicated
Manage demand / backlog, prioritization and releases
Facilitate project team for better creativity and improve the efficiency of the team
Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
Configure and maintain an agile project management tool
Help the development team to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
Coach and mentor teams on agile standards and best practices

5+ years of relevant working experience
Proficient in project management and planning tools, Confluence, JIRA and PPM
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Experienced in maximizing ROI for the team
Agile/Digital Experience
Experience in Agile Development and/or has a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices
Experience working in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and clients
Experience of process improvement and LEAN thinking methodologies

- The Scrum Master is responsible for upholding the values of Scrum, ensuring that quality software is delivered by the team according to specification and correct procedures are followed in line with technical and business objectives and TCB's strategy. The role is responsible for facilitating and running scrum ceremonies (Stand-up, Spring Planning, Sprint Review / Showcase, Retrospective) with the team and discuss open issues, statuses and roll forward action items. The role is responsible for delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring the team is working on the right tasks at the right time in sync with the agile principles.
