(1) Sea Freight Operations (Main Responsibilities)/ Vận hành vận tải biển (chính)
Coordinate with shipping lines and overseas agents for RFQ, quotations, and vessel scheduling/ Làm việc với hãng tàu, đại lý nước ngoài để hỏi giá, báo giá và sắp xếp lịch tàu;
Handle end-to-end sea freight operations: booking, shipment tracking, D/O handling, customs clearance, and delivery/ Xử lý end-to-end các lô hàng sea freight: booking, theo dõi shipment, đổi lệnh (D/O), khai báo hải quan,
giao hàng...
Verify and control costs; perform billing, reconciliation, and ensure documentation accuracy/ Kiểm soát chi phí, thực hiện đối soát, quyết toán và đảm bảo chứng từ chính xác;
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational issues/ Theo dõi tiến độ lô hàng, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh để đảm bảo hàng đi đúng kế hoạch;
Maintain effective communication with customers, carriers, and partners to ensure smooth operations/ Phối hợp với khách hàng, hãng tàu và đối tác để đảm bảo vận hành trơn tru.
(2) Admin Support (Light & Simple Tasks)/ Công việc Admin (đơn giản, hỗ trợ)
Support daily office administration: documentation, filing, office supplies management/ Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính văn phòng hằng ngày: giấy tờ, hồ sơ, VPP;
Assist with basic HR tasks: onboarding support and simple attendance tracking/ Hỗ trợ một số đầu việc nhân sự cơ bản: tiếp nhận nhân sự mới, chấm công đơn giản;
Liaise with external parties when needed (e.g., social insurance, local
admin offices)/ Làm việc với các bên liên quan khi có phát sinh (bảo hiểm, hành chính...);
Perform other assigned admin tasks (non-complex) to support smooth office operations/ Hỗ trợ các công việc khác theo phân công, không phát sinh phức tạp.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College degree or above (preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields)/ Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên (ưu tiên Logistics, Ngoại thương, Xuất nhập khẩu...);
Knowledge or experience in sea freight / freight forwarding operations/ Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm về vận tải biển / freight forwarding;
Able to use Chinese for daily work communication (working with Chinese teams/clients)/ Có thể sử dụng
tiếng Trung trong công việc (làm việc với team/đối tác Trung Quốc);
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý vấn đề tốt, chủ động trong công việc;
Suitable for candidates with 1-2 years of experience looking to grow in Logistics/ Phù hợp với các bạn 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm muốn phát triển trong ngành Logistics.
