Handle booking and shipping documents related to sea freight operations for both import/export cargo.
Make payments request to carriers/vendors by company logistics system
Liaise with customers and agents regarding B/L, D/O, bookings, debit note and other related documents
Track shipping schedules and ensure smooth operations with carriers/agents
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure process compliance
Solve customers' inquiry timely and their complaints to provide service recovery
Supervise vendors to ensure cargo handling meets customer requests
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
Over 3 years experience in ocean import/export operations (forwarder/logistics)
Bachelor's degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Proficient in MS Office, email, internet
Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn/share
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in cost reconciliation and month-end closing
Familiarity with ELSA system or similar TMS/ERP tools
Advanced Excel skills
Willing to work overtime
