Key responsibilities:
Administrative supports:
- Handle administrative tasks, such as formatting, printing, contracting and filing documents
- Follow up with internal stakeholders regarding payment status, keep Department's members list updated
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistant to manage stationery, printing paper and manage lockers for assigned Department
- Assist Partner on timesheet, meeting coordinating, calendar, expense & business travel
- Support with training coordination and facilitate training materials.
- Update and remind executives regarding invoice status on bi-weekly basis
- Proceed payment to vendors
AR supports:
- Prepare and reconcile weekly AR & Collection report to follow up and tracks status of payment
- Assist the Finance team during peak season
- Review bad debt provision weekly, analyze and perform root-cause analysis at client level to identify issues and recommend solutions
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Secretarial diploma
- More than 2 years experience in administrative or assistant positions
Skills & behavioral attributes:
- Good interpersonal skills, time management and ability to handle stress;
- Microsoft Office efficiency;
- Strong teaming and prioritization skills, well-organized;
- Must be energetic, committed & reliable;
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion;
- Demeanor is friendly, helpful & polite to build confidence that requests/requirements will be followed through & met.
