What will you do
Make plans, book appointments, meet customers, partners, book airline tickets and hotels for the CEO on business trips.
Consulting, advising and proposing solutions and directions for the CEO to handle work.
Drafting contracts, documents, documents and dispatches. Prepare documents and information as requested by the CEO.
Attend important meetings and record meeting minutes.
Answer questions from the media and partners. (when needed)
Receive instructions from the General Director and implement in case the General Director is absent.
Other tasks from the CEO.

What you will need
Degree: College or higher in majors such as foreign trade, business administration specializing in foreign languages and business interpretation or related fields
English proficiency: proficient in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Female is prefered, good appearance.
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Good at communication, office administrative skills, time management and works organization skills.
What you will need
