Mô tả công việc
· Check CEO's email address and report to him important email
· Translate document into English
· Check all documents from Depts before submitting to CEO
· Update and transfer all information as CEO's request
· Get all documents relate to CEO, his family, his house contract
· Remind each division and coordinate report, put it on its folder then submit to CEO
· Recruit ads (responsible to post job hiring on recruitment website based on company demand. For staff level, suggest head of division to send job description before posting)
· Visa - work permit - resident card for expats
· Manage finger check in-out
· Responsibility for email ID and password, company business licenses, air ticket, hotel booking, golf booking.
· Car arrangement, rental contract, car's GPS
· Other tasks as assigned from BOD
· Bachelor of business Administration/ Marketing is preferred
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience Prior experience Secretary to CEO or General Director is preferred
· Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail
· Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, ....
· Reliable and trustworthy, disciplined, always on time, keeping promises.
· Discreet, great communicator for the right things but know how to keep confidential matters
· Work hard and can-do attitude
· Positive attitude, very open-minded, customer service mindset
· Curiosity, responsiveness, creativity, adaptability, self-sufficiency
· Able to work to guidelines and to create guidelines
· Able to work to deadlines
· Ability to be calm and productive under extreme high pressures
· Able to work independently and work well in a team
· Good presentation skills
· MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
