Essential duties and responsibilities - (Key activities)
• Report to the assistant security manager/ security manager
• Supervise security officers, outsource security team.
• The Security Supervisor shall drive the security operation to the standards and quality established by the Assistant/Security Manger.
• Ensure all security operation runs strictly and accordingly to the prescribed standards as laid out by the Assistant/Security Manger in his/her absence.
• Comply strictly to the hotel codes of conduct.
• Keep confidential all information relating to hotel, guests and corporate.
• Environmental care by reducing waste supplies and materials by re-using, recycling, or selling; conserves water and energy at all available opportunities and maintain clean surroundings of all hotel areas, including the security control room.
• Shift securities reliever
• Daily plaining for shift deployment, rotation.
• Operational performance standards
• Drive the risk management program devised by the Assistant/Security Manger.
• Management of confidential security personnel files
• Designated departmental trainer
• Facilitate the continuing training and development of all associates
• First aid and fire fighting of associates
• Practice emergency drills
• Fire systems and equipment
• Supervise and ensure the effective and efficient operation of routine duties, tasks and functions.
Other standard responsibilities
• Complies to the company, department policy
• Models the company's culture, vision, mission and core values always.
