Security Supervisor/Giám Sát An Ninh

- Help Head of the hotel's security and safety division
- Responsible for all security operations including parking in the hotel.
- Coordinate with the outsourced security force and resolve any problems that arise according to their notices.
- Master the rules and regulations of the hotel's security, regulations on fire prevention and fighting, the provisions of the law and ensure that everyone always follows these rules strictly.
- Follow up incidents in the hotel and contact relevant departments to resolve in case of need.
- Deal with customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Cooperate with security forces of state agencies when required.
