About the Department
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
• Review and analyze key metrics including customer franchise growth, attrition, funded ratio, qualified ratio, and CVP usage tracking regularly.
• Analyze segment-specific data, identify gaps in the market, uncover new opportunities to develop offerings that cater to the specific requirements of each segment.
• Prepare standardized monthly and quarterly customer franchise performance review and portfolio health reports for management.
• Provide portfolio insight and comparing portfolio performance. Highlight areas of focus and develop data-driven recommendations to improve portfolio acquisition, penetration, and retention.
• Prepare and manage business planning and strategies to achieve business goal for all segments.
• Size market potential and develop business case for proposed new CVP.
• Recommend strategic initiatives to rebalance the portfolio, capture potential.
• Other tasks / project assigned by managers.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Relevant depth of experience in the banking industry, with minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics/ business planning.
• Ability to work both unsupervised and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Pro-active approach/self-starter.
