Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for business sellers, ensuring they meet platform requirements and are fully operational.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to design and continuously improve onboarding workflows.
Conduct training sessions, webinars, and one-on-one support to educate sellers on platform usage, listing products, managing orders, and maintaining quality standards.
Develop onboarding materials, FAQs, and best practices to help sellers quickly understand processes and succeed on the platform.
Monitor onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize seller activation rates.
Act as the first point of contact for newly onboarded sellers, ensuring their early experience is positive and aligned with company expectations.
Gather feedback from new sellers to continuously improve the onboarding experience and highlight areas for platform or process enhancement.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in seller management, onboarding, account management, or customer success, preferably in e-commerce or B2B marketplaces.
Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to improve processes.
Customer-first attitude with a passion for supporting business growth.
