Consulting with clients on project/category issues and providing actionable and proper marketing solutions.
People Management:
Supporting AM in developing a team by coaching and training team members to improve skills including new members, Intern, Fresher, Junior
Background:
University graduate (preferably in marketing, communications, or related fields).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at an agency or company specializing in digital/performance/E-commerce.
Deep understanding of
digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads) and e-commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).

Excellent troubleshooting and solution-finding skills in terms of projects.
