Responsibilities:
Assist the Account Manager in planning and executing
digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, media, production and SEO specialists, to manage project tasks and deliverables.
Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to the
Account Manager and clients on performance and results.
Handle day-to-day client communication, addressing inquiries, and providing timely feedback.
Contribute to pitch presentations and client meetings, showcasing the agency's capabilities and innovative digital marketing solutions.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling, and work with the Account Manager to expand the scope of services provided.
Continuously stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.
Other tasks assigned by Account Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing campaign execution.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
