SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. As a Senior
Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of
digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
JD:
Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., strategy, creative, media buying) and
Account Manager to develop and execute innovative digital marketing solutions.
Proactively identify and address client issues or concerns.
Present campaign proposals, reports, and performance updates to clients.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize campaigns and achieve client goals.
Mentor and guide junior account team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and campaign performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in account management or client services, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies (e.g., social media marketing, display advertising, production).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong command and proficiency in English are preferable.
