Project Running: Take briefs from clients and work with AM/AD to build proposals. Follow up on every step of the project to ensure it finishes on time and hits the KPIs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Planning, and Media teams to keep the campaign on track. Provide inputs and insights to make sure the work meets the client's needs.
Client Contact: Meet and talk with clients daily to identify their requirements. Present ideas and campaign plans alongside the team.
Performance Tracking: Keep a close eye on campaign performance and project progress. Create reports to show results and flag any risks to AM/AD and clients.
AI for Work: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to brainstorm ideas, research insights, and speed up daily tasks (writing emails, summarizing meetings).
Yêu cầu
At least 3-4 years of "hands-on" experience in Digital Agency.
Strong knowledge of digital channels and media plans.
Proactive & Fast: Ability to use AI tools to work smarter and faster.
Problem Solver: Can handle pressure and find solutions quickly when things go wrong.
Communication: Good at presenting ideas and talking to different types of people.
