Build, maintain, and grow client relationships by consulting suitable solutions based on clients' objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and implementation plans, and participate in presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams, as well as partners/influencers, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality.
Coordinate with the Operations team to support livestreams, content shoots, and other production activities.
Monitor campaign progress, business performance, and client satisfaction to optimize services and expand partnership opportunities.
Stay updated on influencer marketing, social media, and market trends to propose relevant solutions for clients.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
University degree, with at least 1.5 years of experience in account management, or
business development in agencies, Influencer marketing, media, advertising, digital, or related fields.
Experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC campaigns, or social outreach services is preferred.
Ability to build client relationships, consult solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, task management, and problem-solving skills.
Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, result orientation, and flexibility in handling situations.
Good understanding of social media, branded content collaboration, and influencer campaign execution models.
Knowledge of KOC e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and livestream campaigns is a plus.
An existing network with clients, agencies, creators, or influencers is an advantage.
