DUTIES:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• IMC/Brand Activation/Trade and Direct Marketing project planning, pitching and management.
• Develop creative briefs/operation plan and oversee all plan output.
• Managing
Account Executives assigned to ensure that they service clients professionally and speedily; recommending and implementing cost control measures.
• Ensure regular flow of client status reporting.
• Pre-empt and/or troubleshoot and resolve any concerns or areas of client dissatisfaction.
• First point of contact for all client Procurement and Agency Management teams, responding to queries and providing all required reporting.
• Client services and Leading Project to satisfy our clients.
• Develop newbies with our potential clients.
• Checking on work done by creative, studio, media, print shop and traffic before presenting to clients and ensuring that Account Executives do likewise.
• Work closely with the accountant and management team to support account revenue forecasting/monitoring and overall account P&L.
• Manage and process client billing and resolution of any invoicing issues or delays.
• Manage and/or oversee project budgets.
• Coach and support the account team to deliver best in class client service and process.
• Working with BOD , report and manage team resource allocation and proactively anticipate recruitment needs to ensure correct level of skill to grow the account(s).
ADMIN
• Demonstrates solid understanding of media service; stays informed of current trends and potential disruptors and risk
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
• Acts as liaison, key point of contact between the client (and its partners) and assigned brands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Brand stakeholders and maintain collaborative business relationships with cross-functional departments.
• Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign.
• Conducts relationship management activities with suppliers and brands ensuring effective communication and development of business relationships that promote superior project execution.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Manage about 6-10 teammates to meet deadline and get target.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years of manager experience at agencies or publishers in the same positions
• Strong understanding of the
Digital marketing industry.
• Excellent ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
• Ensure all projects across the account team are delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
• Provide weekly status reporting within account team.
• Monitor workflow across account team to ensure efficient delegation of projects.
• Identifying suppliers, screening them for suitability and negotiating terms and service level agreements.
• Briefing suppliers on project requirements and ensuring management of projects allocated to them.
• Fluent in English as it relates to the advertising field.
• Leadership is a MUST.
