Senior Accountant/ Accountant Manager

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable and responsible for cash flow control of the company.
• Manage input and output invoices and ensure proper recording in compliance with regulations.
• To check and process all journal entries into accounting software (3TSoft - to be trained) to ensure all business transactions are recorded and immediately available when needed.
• To prepare and submit monthly and quarterly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) and annual financial statements in a timely manner and in compliance with tax regulations.
• To be trained to handle end-to-end SAP processes, including all transaction posting and data management, responsible for handling full-cycle SAP functions and preparing reports using SAP HANA.
• Prepare monthly management reports for the group, supporting to prepare annual business plans and sales reports, and support ad-hoc requests as needed by management.
• Coordinate and handle quarterly audits to ensure financial records comply with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), with IFRS referenced where applicable.
• Responsible for payroll preparation, social insurance administration, and PIT filing.
