- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions, including accounts payable and general ledger activities.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with VAS
- Support the
Accounting Manager in ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, keeping the company compliant with applicable laws.
- Monitor VAT refund process, work with tax authorities and auditing firms
- Collaborate with the Chief Accountant to develop and review annual and monthly budgets, communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University or higher with major related to Accounting/Auditing or Finance.
- Familiar to Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel...) and ERP system, accounting system.
- At least 5 years 'experience in the same field with 2 years in the same position
- Good at English communication both speaking and writing
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and IFRS
- Strong business senses, analytical work, leadership and high level of integrity.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, integrative, mature, target oriented, decisive, multi-tasking ability.
- Understanding Hong Kong company (environment, culture and system...) is a plus.
- Honest, teamwork ability, integrity and highly confidentiality.
