Senior Accountant / Chief Accountant

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Take general responsibility, organize and operate the accounting system, ensure general accounting activities are done smoothly and in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards, regulations of the Ministry of Finance.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To manage and control the company's accounting, finance, and taxation.
- Responsible for the management of internal controls over financial accounting: cash receipts, receivables, payables, advances, expenses, fixed assets
- Arrange payment request through bank transfer or by cash.
- Control cash and expenses of company effectively
- Supervision of fixed assets and stock.
- Manage cash flows and weekly reports.
- Review, check and ensure all accounting transactions are completely and accurately recorded to software
- To prepare annual budgets, forecast, business analysis
- Review monthly salary computation
- Review tax reports and ensure VAT reports, PIT, CIT finalization properly prepared in compliance with tax and related laws and regulations
- Monthly reconciliations of the balance sheet, income statement accounts,...
- Perform monthly P&L review, provide variance analysis and highlight area for improvement.
- Liaise with outside parties on relevant matters.
- Other special tasks assigned by GOM
