DEPARTMENT: Accounting
REPORTS TO: Manager or Assistant Manager
JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Accountant assists the Manager and/or Assistant Manager in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to clients. They provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports, submitting the reports to the client and are able to coach junior staff in the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deliver accounting & tax compliance services for 4-5 clients in other industry
- To lead the team from 2 to 5 accountants to do accounting and tax reports for the Clients
- To build up the team and control assignment of accountants to ensure the service will be delivered successful
- To communicate with the Clients to understand clearly the Client's requirements and apply appropriate procedures to meet the Client's expectation
- To control the reporting timeline/deadline including tax report
- To prepare training material to conduct internal training for accountants/trainees

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• Degree Holder in Accountancy or business related disciplines;
• 3 - 4 years' experience in CPA firms or multinational companies;
• Sound knowledge of international accounting and banking practices;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Pursuing or qualified in Local professional examinations.
