Mô tả công việc
Your key responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, timely updates of AR receipt, accuracy and timely issuance of invoices within the billing procedures. You will also assist in streamlining the procedures to improve operational efficiency. Other duties include preparation of monthly management reports, assisting in annual budget and forecast exercise, and variance analysis of results, forecasting and budgeting.
Yêu cầu
You should possess a Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent with at least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry or corporate and / or shared services environment within an MNC. You should be proficient in MS Excel, Accounting systems and SAP. Other desirable traits include being a good team player, meticulous, highly analytical and numerical, independent and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
