Mô tả công việc
- Receive requirements from CEO, Head of Department and complete assigned tasks in deadline
- Coordinate with team members and other department members toward achievement of established goal
- Manage accounting and finance activities at the company and branches
- Manage all kind of accounting reports such as balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, notes to the financial statements and others following local law and company procedures
- Prepare various reports as billing, expenditure and payroll monthly
- Review financial report and follow up accounting and finance team on month end closing process
- Prepare and forecast monthly of budget
- Perform monthly reports with detail analysis and comment for decision making
- Manage banks, account receivable, account payable, revenue, expenditure, cash and accrue expenses
- Verify supporting documents for accounting in accordance with the established policies and procedures
- Prepare and declare monthly, quarterly, yearly tax reports include VAT, PIT, CIT and other tax reports
- Monthly account receivable and account payable aging reports
- Set up payment schedule, verify bank payment as schedule
- Liaise with local tax authorities, auditors, customers, suppliers and other government agencies
- Other any others tasks required by CEO, Head of Department
Yêu cầu
* Education: Bachelor or college degree in finance and accounting or equivalent
* Knowledge and Working experience:
- At least 3 year working experience in a similar position for 100% foreign invested company
- Obtain clearly about the Vietnamese Accounting Standards, Vietnamese Accounting System and comply with relevant requirements
- Having good knowledge of Accounting
- Obtain clearly procedures to refund VAT
- Deep knowledge in taxation policy
* Skills and Qualification:
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Being passionate and eager to learn from each other
- Being pro-active and self-motivated
- Hardworking, honest, careful, enthusiastic, responsible
- Ability of working teamwork
- Well organized, time management skills
- Good at solving problem skill
- Can work well under high pressure
