Senior Analyst (Accounting & Finance)

An Senior Analyst (Accounting & Finance) at GHC shall take an active role in examining financial and accounting records to conduct in-depth analysis and formulate legal advice and/or arguments thereof.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
At GHC, an Senior Analyst (Accounting & Finance) will:
> Interact with the Client to collect financial and accounting data needed for execution of project;
> Conduct research on a wide variety of regulatory, political, and economic issues in support of the project work, through open-source research and engagement with relevant stakeholders;
> Work closely with team to conduct in-depth analysis of the collected data;
> Develop legal arguments based on sound analysis of financial and accounting data;
> Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders;
> Motivate team members, coach, provide guidance and on-the-job trainings to junior staff;
> Support the management in executing business development activities, such as developing proposals, meeting with potential clients, participating in net-working events; and
> Undertake other project and firm development works as assigned.
