Senior Apparel Quality Assurance Engineer

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel
Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 -7 years of relevant experience in Apparel QA/QC, preferably with international apparel
brands or export-oriented garment manufacturers.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, fabric properties, and apparel
manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of international quality standards, AQL, garment inspection procedures, and
product testing requirements.
• Proven experience in factory audits, inline and final inspections, quality evaluation, and supplier
quality management.
• Strong skills in identifying quality issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and
preventive actions.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate
with international teams and suppliers.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to factories and suppliers for inspections and quality follow-up when required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in outdoor, sportswear, functional apparel, or performance wear.
• Knowledge of technical fabrics, waterproof and breathable materials, and relevant chemical
compliance standards (e.g. REACH, OEKO-TEX).
• Experience in supplier quality improvement and continuous improvement programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Growth mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude and intercultural awareness
Language Requirements
• Fluent Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) are required.
• Mandarin proficiency is considered an advantage given the regional supplier network.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
