We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Revit Architect to join our growing team, delivering high-quality architectural documentation for diverse Australian projects. This role plays a key part in leading BIM-based design development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with Australian standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of detailed 3D Revit models and full construction documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects in Australia.
- Coordinate architectural documentation with structural and MEP disciplines within a BIM environment.
- Collaborate closely with Australian clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver accurate and code-compliant documentation.
- Ensure all outputs comply with Australian building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Oversee documentation quality, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Utilize BIM360 for model coordination, collaboration, and issue management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and drafters.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revit-based architectural projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation.
- Experience with BIM360 is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and construction standards.
- Good at English communication skills (spoken and written) for professional client interaction.
