Content Planning and Execution:
- Craft comprehensive production plans for our Esports tournaments, overseeing every aspect from concept to delivery by developing a holistic production plan for the esports tournament, encompassing both internal and external resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring our creative visions to life, including art direction, event organization, and video production from idea generating to content execution of AOV's new contents and events
Analysis and Optimization:
- Fine-tune our content strategy to maximize engagement across social media platforms.
- Implement quality controls to ensure top-notch content production, analyzing performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) to drive future improvements.
Management:
- Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline our content production pipeline.
- Take the reins on budget management, ensuring timely delivery of projects while optimizing resources for optimal impact.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in end-to-end project management, with a track record of successful content and event production.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a portfolio showcasing your creative prowess.
- Passion: A deep love for gaming and a burning desire to push boundaries and innovate in the industry.
- Skills: Sharp analytical mind, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear, effective communication skills.
- Language: Fluent in English.
