The Senior Associate is a core professional role, responsible for handling complex legal and advisory matters while supporting work coordination, supervision, and professional development of junior team members.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and handling matters across LIFT's core practice areas, including corporate, investment, commercial transactions, contracts, and compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating contracts and legal documents in both Vietnamese and English.
• Contributing to the development of legal strategies and comprehensive advisory solutions for domestic and international clients.
• Working directly with clients, business partners, and relevant government authorities, as required.
• Supervising, guiding, and mentoring Associates and Junior Associates to ensure quality and consistency of work.
• Coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and overall effectiveness.
• Monitoring and staying up to date with legal developments relevant to assigned practice areas.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in the legal field, working at a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel for large companies or corporations.
• Possession of a valid Lawyer Practicing Certificate.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree in Law or overseas education is an advantage).
Language Requirements:
• Fluent English, meeting one of the following criteria:
o IELTS 6.5 or above, or
o TOEIC 750 or above.
• Ability to work, draft legal documents, and communicate professionally in English.

• Strong legal mindset with the ability to analyze and handle issues independently.
• Professional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to work under high pressure.
• High sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and strong professional ethics.
