Job Description & Summary
- Senior Associate QC to join our Digital Solutions Team, a growing Professional Services Tech team with Vietnamese and expatriate members
- Competitive salary based on your performance
- Understand business requirements & acceptance criteria in order to execute manual and automated tests to verify quality and completeness of features being delivered
- Primary tools: Azure DevOps (bug tracking tool), Selenium (automation framework)
Key responsibilities
- Designing quality assurance plan covering business and functional requirements
- Estimating testing efforts and executing within the agreed timeline
- Manual and automated testing to help our team build digital products with an impact
- Spotting system usability and practical issues, paying attention to user experience (UX) and suggesting ideas for seamless client experience (CX)
- Supporting developers in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Post implementation testing
- Coordinating with business analysts
- Reporting to project stakeholders regarding QC status and system readiness to roll out
- Continually developing your skills and knowledge
Yêu cầu
- Recognized University Degree in Computer Science or related area
- 3+ years experience in a quality control or related role
- Strong problem solving and logical thinking ability
- Proactive
- Great interpersonal skills with capacity to work in a team
- Results oriented with "on time and on budget" attitude
- Fast learner with dedication to personal development
- Experience with web applications
- Experience with API testing
- Experience with test automation
- Working command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese - you will have a great opportunity to improve your English on the job
