Mô tả công việc
- Maintain and modify the existing systems designed for Production & Supply chain including Manufacturing Execution System, Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System, etc.
- Develop new functions/ tools for specific purposes related to Operations.
- Collaborate with multi relevant process owners for programming in projects related to Automation, Process Improvement, Optimization to improve productivity, reduce waste & non value-added works.
- Senior level positions, usually act as team leader, leading work of technical teams.
- Be able to work in a complex & fast-moving environment/project.
- Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas and provides solutions where precedent may not exist.
- Provide the training/coaching for the new member.
- Ensure execution of procedures or processes; oversees the completion of tasks/projects including planning; assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work; evaluating results, etc.
- Other duties are assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Information technology
software engineering, computer science or related field.
- 4+ years with hands-on experience in programming languages NodeJS, PHP, C#, Java script.
- Have knowledge about database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate data.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Strong team player behavior and persuasion skills.
- Competence in project management.
