We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in ensuring product quality through designing, developing, and executing
automated test frameworks for mission-critical applications in the smart city, Fintech, and IoT
domains.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Design, implement, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts for both frontend and backend components.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to understand product functionality and architecture to define test strategies.
Analyze and convert requirements into detailed, structured test plans and test cases (both manual and automated).
Execute and manage test runs, report bugs, and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with development teams.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality and team productivity.
Lead and mentor junior QA members on automation best practices.
Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained.
Support UAT phases and work with stakeholders to validate product readiness.
