Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, automate, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing infrastructure across Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments for enterprise banking projects.
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD & Pipeline Management: Build, optimize, and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
Test Infrastructure & Agent Administration: Deploy and maintain self-hosted build/test agents and automated test environments across Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu).
Monitoring & Observability: Implement, configure, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
Automation & Operations: Automate provisioning and deployments using Bash and PowerShell scripts; maintain infrastructure runbooks and operational documentation.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve root-cause issues across CI/CD workflows, networks, test runners, and server infrastructure.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in DevOps, System Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering.
DevOps & OS: Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), and Windows Server administration.
Scripting & Automation: Highly proficient in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
Observability: Practical experience deploying and managing Prometheus & Grafana.
Networking: Solid grasp of core networking protocols and infrastructure (DNS, VLAN, Firewalls, TCP/IP).
Language: Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience supporting large-scale test automation platforms (Playwright, JMeter).
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC / Terraform).
