POSITION OVERVIEW
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
Analyze current workflows related to health claims, benefits, and insurance operations, then propose better processes using the company's product solutions.
Gather, clarify, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Collaborate with Product Manager, developers, and implementation teams to ensure the solution meets customer needs and business goals.
Identify process gaps and suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Support feature breakdown into epics, user stories, and development tasks following Agile practices.
Participate in UAT and support go-live activities, including client onboarding, training, and post-launch support.
Keep updated with industry trends and regulations in the health insurance / claims domain.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
At least 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst, preferably in health insurance, claims, or healthcare systems.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
Good understanding of claims processing, benefits management, or healthcare-related workflows.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum ways of working and writing user stories.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in SaaS products is a plus.
Familiarity with data standards such as HL7 FHIR is an advantage.
Fluent English is required
