Senior Business Analyst

*** Job Purpose
The Senior Business Analyst
- Finance will serve as a key contributor within the Finance Department, responsible for in-depth analysis of business performance. This includes analyzing fluctuations in sales volume, revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), operating costs, and contribution margin. The role also entails tracking and evaluating variances between forecast and actual performance, and providing insights and recommendations for financial performance improvement.
- Analyze volume, revenue, COGS, and operational cost variances by distribution channel (GT, MT, Industrial), by SKU, and customer segment.
*** Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and update Contribution Margin, Gross Margin, and other financial performance indicators.
- Perform forecast vs actual variance analysis and evaluate target achievement levels.
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and financial reports using Power BI; ensure data is accurate, timely, and actionable for management decision-making.
- Propose and implement process and reporting system improvements to enhance financial monitoring and control.
- Provide financial insights for regular business reviews, management reporting, and financial planning.
- Support cost analysis related to production and evaluate raw material price impact on profitability.
- Provide training and support to other finance team members when needed.
