Mô tả công việc
Lead and manage consulting engagements from inception to completion, ensuring highquality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' businesses, identifying key challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and present strategic recommendations, action plans, and implementation roadmaps to address clients' needs and achieve desired outcomes.
Provide thought leadership and expertise in areas such as business strategy, organizational transformation, operational excellence, and change management.
Collaborate with clients' senior leadership teams to align consulting initiatives with broader business objectives and priorities.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and proactive engagement.
Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of client engagements.
Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in sales presentations.
Collaborate with internal partner and external partner to seek new customers.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results for clients.
Expertise in strategic planning, business process optimization, performance improvement, and change management.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Excellent analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information, draw insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, foster trust, and navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Expertise in strategic planning, business process optimization, performance improvement, and change management.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
