Mosaic is a growth ecosystem uniting Affiliate Marketing, Technology, and E-commerce solutions, empowering businesses to scale across Vietnam and Asia.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development (E-commerce) to join our growing team at Mosaic. In this role, you will acquire and manage key merchant partnerships, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth through e-commerce solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand our ecosystem and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on brands and sellers on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, and consulting to negotiation, contract closing, and relationship management.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, driving long-term collaboration and business growth.
Consult clients on suitable e-commerce solutions aligned with their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business expansion.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Represent the company at industry events and networking activities to strengthen market presence.
Prepare sales materials, proposals, and business development documentation.
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations while supporting junior team members when needed.
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.
Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
Strong resilience and the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)..
Communicate well in English.
Preferred: Existing network of brands, merchants, or key industry stakeholders; strong data analysis and planning skills.

Base salary: upto 1000$/month, plus an attractive uncapped commission scheme.
Meal (55.000 VNĐ/day)up to, mobile phone allowance (100.000 VNĐ/month).
Probationary: 100% salary - Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
