Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2022) with an exciting new product launching in the fourth quarter of 2023. Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam.
Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients.
Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales.

Next to launch is a new Loyalty platform (Buzz It), Dayone has joined hands with SEA's Loyalty leader. The new Joint Venture will bring exciting new products which marry perfectly with existing businesses. II. What you need to do
The day-to-day activities:
- Pitch & win clients for CRM & Loyalty solution.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Analyzing client needs, ideating, and developing business proposal to meet the client's needs.
- Work with internal teams to implement solutions with clients.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Drive the sales process by presenting our CRM Loyalty Platform solutions to potential clients and partners. Negotiate agreements, contracts, and partnerships to secure new business.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and distributors in Vietnam markets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure their success with our solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for product and service expansion in Vietnam markets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on international market development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on international business development progress.
III. What you should have
- Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
- At least 5+ years of experience as Business Development in SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English is a must.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of global markets and business cultures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute market entry strategies.
