RESPONSIBILITY:
Building, developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
Identifying new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them.
Confidently present payment industry and display a good professionalism to meet different audience knowledge level, and good understanding in the product.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospect and existing clients and business partners
Working closely and coordinating with the business and delivery team.
Analysing prospect and/or customer requirements and feedback to improve and expand our offerings and deepen our relationships.
Support and actively engages in the sales cycle through managing the fulfilment of tender, RFI's, RFP's, conduct product demonstrations, PoCs and hands-on workshops, in collaboration with pre-sales and Delivery team.
Monitor any activities related to the accounts; from pre-sales, sales, project, and support activities and act as the 'go-to' person from customer perspective. Ensure client satisfactory level is met
Providing insights into business development and competitive positioning
Maintain the contract, agreement and account management databases.
Keep the knowledge updates on product qualities, product updates and evolution, customers, partners and competitors, global market trend, local and Asia market situation.
Create, drive, and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company's targets.
Recommend improvement in material or solution or process for the good of the company and or client.

Educated to degree level in IT, Business Management or equal
Software Solution or Banking or Payment industry background
Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience and successful sales track record
Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Resourceful and self-sufficient
Sets high standards of performance for oneself
Have strong interpersonal and social skills, and ability to manage relationships.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and remote working environment
Deliver Informative and well-organized presentation
A good team player and able to communicate well at all levels
Demonstrate great written and oral communication skills in English.
Have a strong track record of following through on tasks and closing deals.
Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal'
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong ability to adapt, can handle ambiguities within a remote working environment.
Excellent communicator and can work well with cross-functional teams.
Strong interest in the technology industry, in particular payment system and banking industry.
Have a growth mindset - willing to try something new and different to get things done.
Demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks, a self starter who thrive on autonomy when working towards a goal.
